Nature-inspired education to drive planet positive awareness in youth
Nature is the greatest classroom. We believe that engaging with nature in the most raw and rooted form can empower wholesome education among youth today. It can build curiosity, push children to ask the right questions, learn through observation and enhance leadership skills. Bringing children out of their classrooms will foster a deep connection with nature and pave the way to a positive behavioural shift.
What we do
The Youth COSMO is a social enterprise and a like minded, community driven Eco-education initiative for children. We work with a singular purpose - to bring about a behavioural change in them towards the environment. Our initiatives offer a unique blend of experience and education that promotes observation, piques curiosity and develops a sense of belongingness towards the planet.
EcoEd Periodical
The Youth COSMO periodical is our exclusive, bi-monthly (newspaper sized) literature, covering various themes under Environment Sciences, Conservation and Sustainability.
Visually immersive and thoughtfully designed, the periodical is crafted for children and young adults in the age group of 7-14 years. It is essentially a Nature Journal, packed with captivating stories, thought provoking articles, DIYs and activities to appeal to the curious young minds.
Earth Katta
Community. Connection. Conservation
An immersive, community driven meet-up for our young nature enthusiasts held monthly, specifically for children and the youth. The Earth Katta is curated to be fun, wholesome and experiential for children of all ages. The idea is to get our young friends involved in conversations around conservation, through creative modes like music, hands-on activities, games, and discussions etc.
Experts join us to have a free wheeling chat with our young earth explorers and enjoy every bit of it!

Excursions, Camps and Workshops
'Observe' and 'explore' are our mantra whenever it comes to interacting with children. And learning, we feel is incomplete, without children indulging in something that is tangible - that can be seen, felt, heard.
The Youth COSMO’s Experiences are designed with all our heart to ensure that children get all the chance to try something out. Right from cooking your own meals, foraging your food, figuring out ways to live zero-waste etc. And Nature is the best classroom to learn all of this!
Our camps, workshops and excursions are planned thoughtfully throughout the year with an intention to give children a real-world experience.
